When I enlisted in the Navy I didn’t realize what overwhelming feelings of isolation and distance I would experience, in separation from the people I love. Using my wife and children as subjects, I want to convey my feelings in a way that would assist me to heal those emotions.

DREAM-ESCAPES is a series of digital composites using self-portraits and family photographs to re-create the lucid majesties of my dreams.
